In conjunction with his commitment to his real estate company, Pascal also co-owned Terra Settlement Services and AAA Appraisal Services.

Personal: Pascal and his wife, Kelly have been married for over 27 years, and have five children. They reside in Delray Beach, Florida. In his spare time, Pascal is very active in his children''s extracurricular activities by both supporting and coaching their sports teams. He began his career in his father’s company, earning his real estate license at the age of 18. His father instilled upon him the importance and value of the family''s reputation and integrity and that neither should ever be sacrificed for monetary gains or business success. Pascal graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is an active member of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches.
