Premier Estate Properties has instituted another first with an innovative alternative method to increase showings of our listings. Qualified buyers will now have the ability to view your luxury residence via live video conferencing on mobile devices using FaceTime^® or WhatsApp^®.

Our new company-wide implementation of these applications enables prospective buyers to maximize their Real-Time Virtual Showing experience of your residence. These remote professional showings will be guided by our Premier Estate Properties' Estate Agents, who provide detailed property features of our listings and immediately answer all qualified buyers' questions.

Effectively showing our important listings now include: in-person showings, remote showings with live video conferencing on mobile devices, a professional cinematic video for virtual property showings, as well as professional drone aerial and award-winning HD photography. All to provide buyers an in-depth experience with our listings from a safe and convenient location.

Premier Estate Properties is also implementing safety measures at all personal showings that conform to governmental safety guidelines. With care and vigilance, employing these protocols and precautions, we will move forward together with great success.
